Arctic Hearts – A Mindful Retreat with Sled Dogs and Northern Lights

Day 1: Arrival and Settling In
Arrival at Arctic Hearts and welcome at the cozy holiday home.
Introduction to the week with a personal welcome conversation to discuss individual needs and goals.
Settle in and relax with a warm meal by the campfire, overlooking the untouched nature.

Day 2: Mindfulness and Nature
Guided morning meditation to start the day mindfully.
A walk through the snowy forests with mindfulness exercises to sharpen the senses and be in the moment.
Lunch at the holiday home, followed by free time for reflection and relaxation.
Afternoon: Introduction to the art of journaling – writing as a path to self-discovery.
Light dinner and a relaxing evening with a guided meditation.

Day 3: Sled Dogs and Connection with Nature
Introduction to the world of sled dogs: learn to understand the animals and build a connection with them.
Optional: A sled dog ride as a moving meditation – feel the power of nature and the dogs.

The program will be tailored as much as possible to your needs and goals. All units are tailored to your needs and can take place in a variety of locations. They can be combined with swimming in the Swedish lake or hiking in nature. A day of your choice serves as a day off to relax and integrate what you have experienced. We have created enough seating and lying options on our premises in the middle of the forest. This way you can relax deeply and recharge your batteries after an inspiring day.
